C-iNG STaRZ ~ RIP Merv G

Down the street from me yesterday...

At his star-studded funeral yesterday, Hollywood stars fondly remembered Merv Griffin, the creator of "Jeopardy!" and "Wheel of Fortune". Among mourners who filled the Church of the Good Shepherd were former first lady Nancy Reagan, Pat Sajak, Vanna White, Alex Trebek, Dick Van Dyke and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger along with wife Maria Shriver

Merv was a great and talented man who did a great and many talented things for a great and many talented people. But did you know... THAT MERV WAS A 'MO! Yes, guys and gays, Merv G was a homosexual, out and proud in Hollywood when man-on-man wasn't cool. (My, how things have changed...)

I think all of the coverage on Merv's accomplishments are great. But I just hope that some news program or network tells his real story, his whole life story, as well. I think a bunch of Midwestern Wheel Watchers need to know that the creator of their favorite watch-while-scarfing-down-my-TV-dinner-in-my-trailer game show was... one of us!

Was Merv a top or a bottom?
