(uN)aMuSiNG MuSiNG ~ green egg (whites) & yams!

It's been sadly sobering (metaphorically, of course) to learn that, apparently, the highlight of life in the cornfields of NorCal is a trip to the JC Penny's. With a gag of the throat and a twitching of the eye, however, my inner-shopper has decided to cave on his Beverly Center pretension and go, ISO a pair of True Religion (knock-offs).

The SnowMan, though, will not allow me to spelunk into the depths of outlet mall overheard florescent lighting: "There's simply too much Thanksgiving prep to be done, boi!"

So, instead of shopping 'til I'm drop-kicking my inner-high-end-designer, I'm dicing yams. 12 pounds of yams. 12 pounds of yams that resemble aborted baby finger nubbins.

Yummy!
