I was on the treadmill this afternoon, allowing my iPod to shuffle, when LiLo's "Over" invaded my eardrums. Now, don't ask me why, but then and there a single tear rolled down my face.

(And, yes, before you ask, it was a tear and not a pooling of sweat!) So I ask you...
